Shipments Within Greece
For purchases within Greece and for amounts over € 50, shipping is free of charge by courier.
For amounts up to 50 € there is a charge of 3 € per piece
In case of purchase with cash on delivery there is an additional charge of 3 € for all shipments.
Shipments Outside Greece
For purchases from other European Union countries, please contact us via rozanas.shoes@gmail.com, stating your exact address and you will be sent a reply with the exact shipping cost
Products delivery
Within 1 to 5 working days (& 1 to 7 working days for cash on delivery) for Mainland Greece, Crete and islands (in remote areas it may take 1 to 2 additional days), if the products you have ordered are available. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of bad weather, strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect delivery times.
In case a product is not immediately available, you will be informed in time by the ordering department about the estimated delivery time.
