Shipments Within Greece

For purchases within Greece and for amounts over € 50, shipping is free of charge by courier. For amounts up to 50 € there is a charge of 3 €. In case of purchase by cash on delivery there is an additional charge of 3 € for all shipments. Shipments Outside Greece For purchases from other European Union countries, please contact us via rozanas.shoes@gmail.com, stating your exact address and you will be sent a reply with the exact shipping cost

Products delivery

Within 1 to 5 working days (& 1 to 7 working days for cash on delivery) for Mainland Greece, Crete and islands (in remote areas it may take 1 to 2 additional days), if the products you have ordered are available. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of bad weather, strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect delivery times.

*In case a product is not immediately available, you will be informed in time by the ordering department about the estimated delivery time.

For all cases you wish to return or replace the product you bought you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt by filling out the return form that you will find at the bottom of our page or at the e-mail address "rozanas. shoes@gmail.com »notifying us of the reason for return or replacement and filling in the contact phone. Then a partner from the transport company will contact you to receive the return parcel.

Return conditions:

1. the product must not have been used
2. the return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
3. the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt)
4. and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product

In order for the products to reach good condition, you must pack them properly - in a larger box - so that they are protected during shipment.

The customer will be charged with the cost of returning the product.
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement for the following reasons:

Troubled or Wrong Products
In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
In those cases in which with proven fault of "ROZANAS OEE" products were delivered to you in a different design or size from that of the order you can return the products.
The return of the product in this case is free from all over Greece.

Product Change
In case you want to change the product you bought you must fill in the return form that you will find at the bottom of our page or in the contact e-mail by entering product code or codes, size and in the reason for return select 'Other reasons, please share them together us '' writing in the field with what product he wants to change it and our partner will contact you.
The product should not have been used and its packaging should be intact.
